I use email all day at work, so it was good to read some tips on how to organize it better. I have never IMed anyone and today was my first big attempt. It worked! Of course, I was instant messaging my coworker who was sitting not 7 feet from me. I suppose talking was the first version of instant messaging (talking actually still works for me).
I have never text messaged anyone. Probably because I don't own a cell phone. Yep. You read that right. No cell phone.
We have attended many webinars for continuing ed. I think they are a great way to introduce a new product or service. We have attended some really good ones and a few iffy ones (like a presenter's dog who wouldn't stop barking). The MINITEX webinars are always great!
